Richard brings invaluable experience of over thirty years in the media business to Rapid Mobile Media, having previously served as Chief Executive of Capital Radio plc, Chief Executive of the ITV Network and CEO and Chairman of Pearson Television. He is currently Chairman of the Internet Advertising Bureau, GCAP Media plc, TV production company RDF plc, and a Director of The Eden Project.
As well as being responsible for television production for Pearson and RTL, Richard has found time to write a novel and to walk to the north pole. Next adventures include bringing mobile advertising into the mainstream and walking to the south pole.
Mike is a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Before joining NEA, Mike co-founded TiVo in 1997 and served as CEO and Chairman until 2005. Prior to starting TiVo, Ramsay was Senior Vice President of the Silicon Desktop Group for Silicon Graphics (SGI). He had previously been President of Silicon Studio, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Silicon Graphics focused on enabling applications development for merging interactive digital media markets. Prior to SGI, Mr. Ramsay held R&D and engineering management positions at Hewlett-Packard and Convergent Technologies and earned a first-class B.S.E.E. from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Sandy has a background of supporting technical innovation and adding value in the development of new products and solutions.
A PhD in Applied Physics from Cambridge University, Sandy is the Pentech Ventures investor director. He has a background of supporting technical innovation and adding value in the development of new products and solutions.
Richard has over eight years experience in private equity including a blend of venture capital and quoted equity and debt investments. During that time Richard has been actively involved in making and managing investments and has represented client funds in board level meetings and discussions. Prior to joining Alliance Trust Equity Partners (ATEP), Richard was employed by Noble Fund Managers.
Michael has always been involved in building things from scratch - be they robots, services or organisations. Michael's career started at the Artificial Intelligence Department of Edinburgh University. He moved into the private sector where he created and managed a range of technical support services.
Later, as chief executive officer of Citizen's Advice Direct, he relished the opportunity to create not just a single service but an entire organisation.
Michael, who holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA, has many outside interests but most enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.

Richard has written and marketed several software products, including DOORS, the market-leading requirements management solution. He has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh. Richard has filed four patents on innovative mobile solutions since founding Rapid.

Mark specialises in working with companies that are at the forefront of new technology.
Mark joined Adobe in its early growth stage. He became Operations Director Europe, overseeing nine subsidiaries with a $300m turnover. Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Beyond the office, Mark, who is married with two children, seeks one of two extremes - the quiet of fly-fishing or the drama of watching Formula One racing.
